Using body-centered psychotherapy, coaching, and energy medicine, we are offering a series of workshops over 8 weekends – one each month – to support you in claiming all that you are. Understanding how your body works multi-dimensionally, how your spiritual beliefs impact your emotions and how your emotions impact your body can give you back all the power you need to create a healthy mre alive, more spiritual approach to your journey remembering who you are as an embodied soul, called to live your life and passionately with all of you in it!
